General Terms

CASA Household (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “CASA“, “us”, “we” or “our”) is a sub-brand operated under the parent company Dorures Co Ltd, any activities and services in the name of CASA Household can be recognized as the commercial act of Dorures Co Ltd in Mauritius. Dorures Co Ltd take full charge of the commercial and legal affairs of CASA Household, and is responsible to any possible illegal act or crime.

By accessing and placing an order with CASA Household, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any type of communication between you and CASA Household.

CASA Household will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the CASA Household Service. In these Terms & Conditions, “you” and “customer” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and CASA Household (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “CASA“, “us”, “we” or “our”).

These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute arising in relation to these General Terms shall be subjected to the courts of Mauritius.

The Terms & Conditions applies since the updated date until CASA Household decided to stop it. The Terms & Conditions inform you that we have the right to stop providing the following services according to our wishes.

Service Provided

CASA Household provides the required services for the website users and guests. The Services we provide are followings:

-Browsing of CASA’s products and its information (which includes pictures, prices, details of products and so on…)

-Registration and login of your own account.

-To select and save the preferred products in your (as our website’s registered user) wishlist or in the cart.

-To contact with CASA for more information.

CASA Household is not responsible for any data lost or information issues of yours during your period of browsing and using our website. We have the final right to interpret the services provided. If you have any questions or confusions about our services, please do contact with us.

Personal Data and Privacy Policy

CASA Household website needs to use your personal data according to the service it provides. As you agreed with the Terms & Conditions, we assume and believe that you understand and allow us to collect your personal information includes name, phone numbers, street address, e-mail address, postcode and any other information. CASA may use your personal data for commercial purposes, such as advertising, promotion and market analysis. You are also told that CASA have the right to collect your data only for bettering your browsing experiences and these information & data are not being used in illegal action and crimes.

CASA recognize: Your personal privacy is rather important and we will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third party (unless permitted by law or get authorized by you). CASA have the duty to protect your privacy well and promised to not use it in any impropriate purposes.

Our Privacy Policy strictly abides by the relevant laws of Mauritius and is willing to be supervised. If you have any question, please do contact us.

Online Shopping

You are not forced to register an account to be able to do Online Shopping, but you are told that this is risky as you may lost your information off your order placed. After your order has placed, please do contact us to confirm. CASA reserves the right to explain and decide whether or not to accept the order. We also reserve the right to change the order after getting the customer’s consent. If the customer does not confirm the order to us, we have the right to cancel the order without explanation.

CASA provides delivery service to you. We need to collect some of your information to accomplish this. (according to our Personal Data and Privacy Policy) CASA currently does not accept any delivery orders outside the main island of Mauritius. We reserve the right to reject orders with the wrong address or wrong shipping information. We do not accept delivery orders with empty address or no contact information.

CASA will contact you after you have placed a delivery order and confirmed with you. We then can arrange a proper date and time for accomplishing the order. You are told that we will charge a reasonable delivery fee based on your address and specific circumstances

You can cancel the order at will, but we do not accept cancellation after payment. If the product has quality problems or any other problems, please contact us for replacement or refund. CASA Household accepts any reasonable request by customers.
